Know what you are
getting into!
78% users are unaware of the harmful synthetic
ingredients in their daily personal care. Let’s
change that.
Silicone is anti-irritant, odourless, ultra-soft and completely safe on sensitive skin.
The perforations and stem help find the perfect fit on insertion. Once inside, the cup forms an airtight seal that ensures no leaks. The perforations on the cup help to break the seal. You just need to get a hang of it!
Depending on your flow, you can wear the cup for 6 to 12 hours and safely store it in our free cloth bag.
Wash and clean the cup thoroughly with soapy water, at least twice a day before you reinsert. Boil the cup in water to sterilize between cycles.

Cups Define Sustainability.
For a lifetime of periods, you will only need 5 menstrual
cups as opposed to 15,000 disposable
period products
like pads and tampons. Each cup is reusable upto 8
years and wearable upto 10
hours straight!
• While you can use the cup for a stretch of 10-12 years, once you feel like you need a replacement – chop it up or grind it down and add the remains to the soil.
• If you do not have a provision to recycle the cup, you can even burn it because BPA free silicone does not release any toxic fumes or hazardous chemicals, it simply reduces to ash.
Safer, better and cheaper together!

Bought my first menstrual cups and thanks to heyday I absolutely loved it. Usage is simple and hassle free. Doesn't hurt, no rashes, no discomfort. I can get used to it and am planning to switch to cups from pads now. Totally recommended :)
Liked the product but it only comes in one color. It is easy to use and does it job really well, and looks like a safe cup but personally I am not sure about completely switching to cups. I am sure it's a good one but for me it was not good. I have used their pads though, they are amazing.
Been hearing a lot about menstrual cups lately and how they prevent wastage and are good for the environment. Finally decided to give it a try and what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be! I really wasn't expecting it to be this easy and smooth. A good product and an even better initiative. Kudos heyday!
One of my biggest concerns of using menstrual cups was cleaning and inserting the cups. But heyday cups made it way too easy. Easy wash, simple insertion and feels so good! It's a sustainable choice and a much needed one too. Boil it between cycles in a personal water boiler no need for gas boiling.
Read a lot about menstrual cups online but never tried. A friend recommended heyday and absolutely loved it. The process of insertion was slightly intimidating but once you get used to it, it doesn't feel weird at all. It does take 4-5 tries, it keeps popping out but the folds are many. Highly recommended if you want to switch from pads to period cups.
